Your company contact gets a secure login to the company portal. One screen shows active groups, member counts, the attendance rate and upcoming sessions — always current.
Attendance
The teacher records attendance during every session, and the company portal shows you the current picture straight away: present, late, absent, or absent for a justified reason. The system automatically reports attendance rates at group and individual employee level.
Level tests
Every employee takes an ~18-minute online test — the result on the CEFR scale (A1–C2) lands in the company portal, and the teacher confirms the final level. Groups are formed by actual level, not guesswork.
Reports for managers
Attendance percentages, test levels and progress update in real time. No quarterly PDFs or email reminders — open the portal and see today's situation.

We form one-to-one sessions (1–2) or mini groups (3–4) by actual level and set the schedule.
