Founding cohort — waitlist open

Serve English-speaking guests with confidence

A 3–6 week self-paced course for hotels, restaurants and the people who carry their shifts — built around the conversations you actually have at work, by a Cambridge-certified English teacher.

  • 3–6 weeks, fits shift work
  • Real service scenarios
  • Certificate of completion

Who it's for

One course. Two ways in.

Built for places where the guests speak English and the shift does not wait — resort coasts in Turkey, old-town restaurants in the Baltics, and every city hotel in between.

For professionals

You, behind the desk or on the floor

Receptionists, waiters, bartenders, housekeepers, shift managers — anyone whose workday is made of guest conversations. If a guest switching to English still spikes your pulse, this course was built for you.

  • Handle check-ins, orders and requests without freezing or over-apologizing
  • Finish with a certificate that shows employers your service English is trained, not claimed
  • Confidence guests can hear — it shows up in reviews, tips and promotions

Inside the course

From the lobby to last orders, scenario by scenario

Every unit starts where you stand: a real guest exchange, the phrases that carry it, and role-play rehearsal until the words are yours. Four modules cover the whole guest journey.

Module 01

Front Desk & Reservations

Check-ins and check-outs, booking changes, upgrades and the small talk in between — the desk conversations that set the tone for the whole stay.

Module 02

Restaurant & Bar

Taking orders, describing dishes and ingredients, allergies and recommendations, splitting the bill — service English from aperitif to espresso.

Module 03

Guest Problems & Complaints

The conversations that decide your reviews: late rooms, wrong orders, noise at 2 a.m. — de-escalating in English, calmly and on your feet.

Module 04

Housekeeping & Concierge

Room requests, directions and local tips, taxis and tours — the quieter exchanges that quietly earn five stars.

The founding curriculum is in production right now. Waitlist members see each module first, try the drafts and shape what ships — that is the founding deal.

The teacher

Built by a working teacher, not a phrasebook

Hospitality English is built by the founder of Mokslo Sodas — a Cambridge-certified English teacher who has been teaching working adults since 2010, from corporate teams to exam candidates.

Every scenario is written and sequenced by her, to the same standard as her live lessons — in a course you can take between shifts.

FAQ

Questions, answered honestly

When does the course launch?

It is being built right now, module by module. We don't promise dates we haven't earned — the waitlist hears the moment the founding cohort opens.

How long does it take?

Three to six weeks for most people, depending on pace. Units are short and self-paced on purpose — the course is built for people who work shifts, not semesters.

What level of English do I need?

Basic conversational English (roughly A2 and up). The course doesn't start from the alphabet — it starts from your shift and builds the professional layer on top.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. Completing the course earns a certificate of completion you can show an employer or attach to your CV.

How does team training work?

Send the proposal form with your team size; we reply with a concrete proposal — cohort dates, the manager progress view and pricing per team. Training is self-paced, so nobody leaves their shift.

How much will it cost?

The founding price will be announced to the waitlist first, before it is published anywhere. Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing.
